Volunteer Examiners are recruited each year for the awards program.  Examiners receive extensive training and experience in understanding and applying the Criteria for Performance Excellence, as they participate in Examiner Training sessions, assess an award application independently and as a member of a team, and learn how leading organizations achieve organizational excellence.
