The deadline for examiner applications has been extended to March 15. In addition, a limited number of training slots will be available to individuals who just want to learn more about the Baldrige Critria for Performance Excellence.. A training fee will be charged to participants who are not serving as examiners. Training will be held on April 15 -16.

This one-day course offers an introductory review of the Criteria for Performance Excellence. It is designed for individuals who wish to be proficient in the Criteria either as a means for self-assessment and improvement or to facilitate their organizations’ application for Baldrige-based awards.
This is a joint meeting of the ASQ Baltimore Section and the Maryland Performance Excellence Foundation (MPEF), during which this year’s Maryland Performance Excellence Awards will be presented. The MPEA winner will share with us how utilizing the Baldrige criteria assisted them on their mission for excellence. In addition, we will hear from Harry Hertz, the Director of the National Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
The 2012 Baldrige Regional Conferences will showcase the best-in-class practices of the 2011 Baldrige Award Recipients as well as former recipients.
